Following successful pitch wins, Open – a proud B Corp – is growing! And we’re looking for senior-level talent to join our creative team. If you’re a copywriter with at least five years’ agency or in-house charity experience, you could be the creative we’re looking for.  


You don’t need to have a degree in creative writing but you should have a portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual ideas, strategic thinking and long and short copy that gets people engaged and responding. Fundraising copywriting and concepting experience is a must at this senior level.


At Open, you’ll work with art directors and designers to produce campaigns for some of the biggest and most well known charities, including Alzheimer’s Society, Centrepoint, Cats Protection, and many more. You’ll have the opportunity to work on multi-channel campaigns including executions for TV and film, digital, direct mail, press, radio and more. You’ll also have the chance to lead on pitches and you’ll know that every campaign you’re part of is helping to make the world a better place.
