As an award-winning creative and strategic agency working with some of the biggest UK and global charities, our Delivery team is growing - and we're looking for someone ready to take their first step into project management.

As Junior Project Manager, you'll work under the guidance of your Senior Project Manager to support and lead a range of projects across our charity client base, making sure they're delivered on time and within budget. You'll build core project management skills, develop client relationships, and learn how our delivery process works - all while contributing to fundraising campaigns that make a real difference.

  • Strong organisational skills and superb attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A team-player mindset, calm under pressure and flexible when priorities shift
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • A willingness to learn new tools and systems

Bonus points for: 


  • Experience in a project-based or agency environment
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Basecamp, Trello or Slack
  • Knowledge of fundraising, the charity sector, or the creative industry 
  • Experience using AI to work more efficiently

Our office is in Clerkenwell, London. The role is hybrid, with at least two days a week in the office, and may involve travel to meet clients primarily in London. Open is a proud employee-owned B Corp.
