Open’s creative team has an exciting new opening for a Junior Digital Designer to help develop inspiring, effective creative for our charity clients.

Maybe you work in-house but want to experience the variety of agency life? Or perhaps, you’ve already got some agency experience, but want to work with charity and not-for-profit clients? Or maybe you’ve been freelancing and are now ready to join a vibrant and fast-paced team again?

Whatever your background, if you have at least one or two years of experience, a passion for digital design, and want to make the world a better place, we want to hear from you!

This is an important role within our creative department as we look to grow our team. You’ll work with Art Directors, Artworkers and Copywriters across our full roster of charity clients to deliver highly effective and inspiring creative. 

Briefs will include projects such as social media campaigns, digital display and simple motion graphics. You’ll also have the opportunity to support on large integrated campaigns as well as film and TV projects. You’ll be proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite and have some existing animation skills. Whether you already have charity experience or not, you’ll be excited to learn about the art of fundraising and responsive design.

At Open, we believe in growing our people, so training and development will also be available to bridge any skills gaps.

Our office is situated in Holborn Studios, beside the Regent’s Canal, and just a short walk from both Angel and Old Street tube stations. We are increasingly working back in our office, but there are still days where we work from home. Just a short bus ride from both Farringdon and King’s Cross, we have a number of employees based outside of London who commute a few days a week. Though this is a permanent, full-time role, we’re also happy to discuss flexible working for the right candidate.
