New partnership: Centrepoint

Open is thrilled to announce our new partnership with Centrepoint as their lead strategic and creative agency supporting the Individual Giving and Legacy Programme.

We will be working in close collaboration with JAA, DTV and Platypus to ensure we build compelling integrated campaigns and maximise Centrepoint's existing activity, alongside exploring new opportunities for growth.

We are particularly focused on cultivating strong supporter journeys, attracting and retaining new audiences, and finding innovative new ways to branch beyond the seasonal dependency that many homeless charities experience at Christmas time. 

The team at Open have thoroughly enjoyed getting under the skin of Centrepoint’s programme - not only in terms of the numbers, but also the stories and people that sit behind everything they do. We are all incredibly inspired by the stories of the young people that Centrepoint helps and the support workers and staff that make Centrepoint’s service a reality. 

Our creative work so far includes delivering Centrepoint’s Christmas campaign - optimising what worked last year in cold channels and developing totally fresh creative for our warm audiences. 

Strategically, our planning team has been busy deep-diving into Centrepoint’s stewardship activity, delivering a strategy and roadmap for the year ahead. And we are now beginning the same process with the acquisition team. 

Moving further into 2026, our priority will be bringing to life our newly defined and shared strategic and creative objectives. It has been a brilliant few months getting started on the partnership and everyone here is really looking forward to partnering with Centrepoint on their mission to end youth homelessness.
